hm, perhaps the difference is that there are not many active customers complaining about 'Big' food-delivery, while there seems to be a majority complaining about 'Big' tech (but still use them).
I'm not sure where I'm going with this, but I suspect there's something going on educationally.
It seems the idea of a good spaghetti is 'doable' for many (which includes many steps which can result in error) while a commandline is 'clunky' and for 'experts'
