Looking at the pyramid I could be a keto but I eat dark wholegrain bread. Donuts once a week maybe 😋. Pasta maybe every two weeks.
Not big on meat if it's not fish, turkey, sometimes chicken. Not crazy for stakes but I like liver, brains and a good schnitzel from tome to time.
Seems i'm not there, so chances to become mental are still there 🙃.
But I consume a lot of anti-inflammatory food and spices and shit...
Works for me.
