Question for the #devs….
My daughter is entering electrical and computer engineering program and needs new device. She’s thinking between:
MS surface laptop studio 2 or Dell XPS 15
She likes the surface bc of the ability to take notes with the pen. But not sure if she’ll use it all the time. The HP is what we’re seeing being recommended.
