今天下厨了!虽然是空气炸锅!山姆的掌中宝好不错啊,这么多也就十几块钱(4袋2斤60多)我加了生抽料酒蚝油蒜蓉孜然粉,烧烤粉,然后加4勺玉米淀粉和一些油拌匀腌制,最后空气炸锅180度20分钟中途翻面,200度2分钟上色,起锅撒上六婆辣椒面(反正能加的都加了)完美! #自炊部
