Disagree on this one. I think it would at the very least be a spark on a bunch of dry wood on these thoughts below:
1. grayscale's buying pressure was less than this in 2020 and it pushed things up quickly
2. BTC also tends to get reflexive, particularly when illiquid. This would cascade a string of short liquidiations which then draws attention and hype.
3. TSLA and MSTR both pushed price and didn't buy anywhere near this amount
