All is One and exists within your being. External reality is holographic and multidimensional, many realities present according to our vibration/state of consciousness, which can be significantly heightened through any form of meditation that directs your consciousness inward, into yourself, deep within. When you go deep within and spend some time doing so, your consciousness begins to collect, stabilize, and direct inward where your heaven/higher realms exist, as well as all dimensions of consciousness.
You are the Ultimate, and the original Source/Creator/Higher Self. It is all a part of you, your Light Body, your Universe.
We are all working through separation (illusion/unconsciousness) which is a (lower) state of consciousness, and represents the "hellish" realms. When we unify inward we transcend the state of consciousness called separation, merge our Light Body into a higher vibration, and thus literally vibrate ourselves into a higher dimensional version of our #multidimensional Earth/Heaven.
