Probably. I mention it in every invidious thread I end up in, and I always say "it suffers constantly", so I always assumed it would just give up one day.
But maybe it gave up because of jewtube blocking anonymous access (at least I think they did that? last couple of weeks or so?) instead of total bandwidth death.
