Nice write up on the Netflix tech Blog on using #eBPF to measure container scheduling delay for noisy neighbor diagnosis. Also good to see this measurement on #Linux, finally. #Solaris had this metric in its microstate accounting mechanism 30yrs ago and it was one of the most useful tools I used to understand workload behavior.
