30 year mortgage rate in the US is 7 percent. This will price more young people out of starter homes, which in turn will impact birth rates even further because no one will want to start a family without a permanent roof over their head. It’s a rite of passage that people look forward to.
Inflation is killing family creation and value creation. #Bitcoin is the solution to this problem.
