The Rynex Dm (antihistamine, cough suppressant, and decongestant) makes sense. However the Zithromax has me a bit confused. What is an antibiotic supposed to do for a viral infection?
I will pick it up later just because I like to have antibiotics on hand as part of first aid but I really don't get why I was given and antibiotic for the coof.
