If you are setting up linux environments for end users [like i do sometimes] you want to set it up so the end user doesnt ever need to or can open terminal. Thats not productive for things not in scope. If the user cant single click into what they need, the system has not been set up and you failed as an engineer using a linux deployment.
Ease of use and useability are WHY you choose linux for custom end user experiences.
Accessability is required by law, if the distro doesnt have functional accessability features, youre gonna get sued so you need to make them if they dont already exist somewhere.
