It doesn't seem as good as El Salvador..
but I think the general direction seems right. From what I understand he's gone through the budget and reducing government spending through layoffs and taking down departments? An initial increase in spending is said to be a result of him enforcing more honest accounting practices throughout government.
That chart actually looks like its starting to reverse(?)
