Not buying any groceries for 3 months is a difficult thing to do.
I say this because I decided to challenge myself a few months ago: eat only food we have.
There was no preparation, because that was kinda the point. Where are our weak points? How long before we cave?
It was only 2-3 days before we realized milk is highly desirable, for coffee, if nothing else.
We found alternatives, learned a lot, changed what we stock. But it was hard and that was only like a 12 day run.
