It's fair to say Amethyst and Damus are p much (currently) THE The NOSTR clients for mobile. So it sort of matters how they behave. Yes you can make an alternative client but realistically is that going to have any reach?
I general, I have seen some dubious reports of people which seem unfair and should ideally be a personal preference block.
