Being relatively new to the bitcoin space, one of the overarching observations I’ve made is that it reminds me a lot of high school. This isn’t an inherently good or bad thing. There just appear to be a lot of different cliques and infighting between groups of people.
Yet, at the end of the day we all represent the same entity. When our football team plays the rival school across town, we’re all cheering for the same team. But the day to day social ecosystem of bitcoin is a web of people all with different guiding principles and agendas.
