It's weird looking at financial products and realising that you are being chucked into a pot and sliced and diced on some big money market.
My previous bank lent me some money a few years ago .. they could see all my financials .. but still put me on a punitive interest rate( like 20%) . I used the loan to pay for a masters degree. I could tell they knew I would pay it back, but had no other options. At the time banks were getting money at 0% or less because no quantitative easing.
