When using it the first time, it had some confusing message about relays it was adding, or something. I kept avoiding Nostrudel, because I wasn't sure if it was replacing my list, or what it was trying to do. I think it just added more.
Aside from that, it's been a joy to use. There are always improvements to be made, but it's not chock-full of usability bugs... like forcing me to constantly scroll up to see what I'm typing when making a note that is longer than three sentences. 🤣
