Stripe alternatives?

Y'all, this is driving me wild. I've done my research and I'm stuck. I've done so much digging and I'm at a loss. I don't want to use Stripe or Paypal.

I tried Helcim, but I was rejected, not sure why (I think because my website is new maybe? That looks like a disqualifier in their terms. I still think it looks like a decent option but won't work for me apparently.

Ayden seems like a mess for my use case.

Mollie doesn't work for North American residents.

Right now I'm looking at Paddle, which I think is still going to be an issue.

I wanted something out of the US, but now I'm just at the very least... I don't want something associated with Musk or Thiel.

People are asking me to put up a subscription/donation box, and I'm stuck. I don't know how to accept it.
