Did physical therapy with a nice deep tissue massage at the end. We've not scheduled any follow up sessions in case I need surgery for the Achilles.

Came home after being stuck in traffic for an hour, changed clothes, then went to Big Lots. Passed up a cute blow mold skeleton. Did get a bunch of food including candy cigarettes!

Went to dinner at a Japanese steakhouse. So damn good! It was Mom's birthday, well tomorrow is, but since our anniversary is next week, mom paid. That's the pic here.

Then we went to Saraga International Market. I finally found Mexican pickled carrots!! I had never thought to look before. Anyway, we didn't get through the whole market because my ankle was so tender. Just got home and headed to bed. Tomorrow we go to Ikea.
