As a pedestrian, I've noticed a big increase in indecisiveness or lack of awareness of other cars, people and lights at junctions, making crossing roads a lot more dangerous. It's far more common now to see cars coasting through red lights, or someone taking a long time to start turning right, and then shooting out suddenly.
Fast driving has become a lot faster, I think some of this was people going faster when roads were quieter over lockdown and not reverting back.
