Omigosh, the way this reads I am just sure that your recipe is very close to what I used to use! Since I started with a bag full of the "mix" at the Mennonite country store (you had to know about it because it was near a farm and didn't have a sign). I bet that mix had dry milk solids in it and the yeast already. I think I only added eggs, water, salt, cinnamon and melted butter before the first rise. So stoked, I am fervently hoping to try this, this week! Many thanks!
