Totally get that you wouldn't want discovery by default, but it would be useful to allow people to be discovered if they want to be. Perhaps via a different note type. Keychat could then surface these contacts if they are within a users graph and decline requests that are not.
On the clarification, just that you can have multiple chat keypairs for each persona you want to present.
