Do yourself a favour and drop the view that "meh, Central banks set interest rates". They don't and no, they don't "do money", either. Case in point: 2y yield vs. the "set" interest rates (feel free to overlay that shit in TV or your other fav charting pattern). Why the fuck is it that past ~40 years the market has been LEADING the central bank, huh? Ever gave that a thought?
