I started coughing a bit a few weeks ago, and after a little reading, I decided I had allergies. I started taking loratadine, which is an antihistamine and hence anti inflammatory. It’s been two weeks, and now the joint pain I’ve had is very reduced, and my stomach has been behaving more normally. I also feel like the fatigue and brain fog I’ve had has been reduced. I thought all of those things were symptoms of being older, but now I’m starting to think I have some autoimmune problem, albeit relatively mild.
