Honestly it's a good strategy to fight against their renaming games. EU legislatiors don't call them self-custodial wallets, but "unhosted" wallets, a slight of hand to prevent them to say that they want to ban self custody, which would reveal too much the invasiveness and authoritarian nature of such law. A word they invented, that no one used before, to shape the thoughts of people. Orwell was a visionary.
