Properties:
Celestial Resonance: While wearing the Starshard Amulet, you gain advantage on all Charisma-based skill checks when interacting with celestial creatures.
Starlight Veil: As an action, you can command the amulet to surround you with a protective field of starlight. For the next minute, you gain resistance to radiant damage, and any hostile creature that ends its turn within 10 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or be blinded until the start of its next turn. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until the next dawn.
Astral Guidance: When attuned to the amulet, you gain proficiency in the Religion skill if you don't already have it. Additionally, you can cast the Guiding Bolt spell once per day at its lowest level without expending a spell slot.
Activation:
The Starshard Amulet requires attunement by a creature of good alignment.
Curse:
Should a character of evil alignment attempt to attune to the Starshard Amulet, the amulet reacts violently. The crystalline gem darkens, and the amulet deals 2d6 radiant damage to the attuning creature. Additionally, the amulet becomes nonmagical for that creature until the next dawn.
Value:
The Starshard Amulet is a rare magical item, and its value is estimated to be around 2,500 gold pieces.
