depends on the reason for not voting. For example, if your choices is between a shit sandwich and shit on a croissant, not choosing is principled.

If you don't vote because, "it doesn't matter", you may be right, but if you're wrong, you suck.

It's a very strange problem to have since we've heard for so long of the "fight for universal suffrage" and implicit sacrifices.

All three choices only advantage the majority if you assume that vote would have been against the majority.
