Yet another Putin bot has been discovered on #Twitter, reminding us that #Putin has #bots on Twitter, and likely other networks, not only to create the illusion of support for him, but to distract and overpower the voices of the empathetic and educated people who oppose him, and his allies.
This apparently means the "#TrumpSupporters" arguing with you may actually be #LLM bots.
This gives an extra layer of frustration to our politics: not only do we know that a significant portion of #Trump supporters who will never be reached, due to sheer social isolation and willful ignorance, but many of them aren't even real. This is a barrier for pro-#democracy advocates, as it means either writing off all Trump supporters from the discussion, or contending with the likelihood that one is wasting time talking to a literal robot.
