We have the experience. The Chrysler Turbine program built 50 cars and loaned them to volunteers for 3 months at a time, for almost a decade.
They found the maintenance on these cars to be substantially less than a conventional ICE car. And that's with what are essentially prototype engines.
Can a hybrid system reduce maintenance? Possibly, but keep in mind the hybrid components themselves require maintenance as well. One of the advantages of a turbine is that it has essentially one moving part.
