This week I learn:
It's hard to plan/design/code your game UI if you are doing user navigation, positioning, ui appareance all at the same time.
What worked for me: Don't care about fancy UI design at first, keep it simple/ugly, focus on function, and after that it will be easier to build your beauty UI.
