I often communicate by just posting an image. No words. That's the point, I don't want words and my brain isn't wording things anyway. But you gotta post captions on Mastodon. Writing that caption for this kind of post destroys that particular expression for me. Language corrupts the expression and vision. Hence I am conflicted.

So I end up pushing my trashy B+W phone snaps to Instagram instead of Mastodon and I feel dirty for it.
