It's astounding to me that people have said the Holy Spirit is 'conspicuously absent' from the Westminster Standards.
Look at the first 4 questions -- the headwaters for *everything* else that follows and the foundation on which all the other Qs and As are built -- half of them emphasize our absolute need for his work 'in the hearts of men.'
