Of course KYC free sats are the way. I think people like Strike because of their product, branding, and Jack: he is a very charismatic and based bitcoiner that's been around for a long time. The precursor to Strike was Zap, one of the first open source Lightning wallets which inspired projects like
ZEUS (npub1xnf…lpr5) if I'm not mistaken. I used to work there so I might be biased but I think the company/product is pretty cool even though I'd rather use a self-custodial wallet.
