I am shocked people fall for this hogwash...For anyone living here it is totally obvious that is a scam...The big red flag is that there is a patch of green well manicured grass in the picture.
Look some gardens in Malta, have lawns, in winter, but they are all behind 15 foot tall gates and high end security systems, and that is just to stop people walking on the dam grass.
