I think is right.
I self-initiated in 2018 but had no idea that I had done so.

Rather than asking where do we go to get initiated, it might be more productive to ask how one initiates one's own self.

1. Choose a path - service to others (positive polarization, good) or service to self (negative polarization, evil). This is essentially the choice to activate or deactivate the heart chakra.

The Golden Rule is the best way to activate the heart chakra. Every tradition, more or less, has a version of the Golden Rule. I prefer to state it as follows:

Lovingly tailor/customize your interactions with each individual based upon what you observe and know about that person.

People on the negative path will use the Golden Rule to con you. It's a magic key whichever path you walk. That, I believe may be another reason so many Bitcoiners experience a spiritual or religious metanoia. The study of Bitcoin includes the study of praxeology, the sister science to Austrian economics. I believe Jung lit the upper lamps and, as a psychologist, that makes a lot of sense. Newton too. He was studied in many things, astrology among them.

I think there are 3 types of magicians:, good, bad, and entertainers.
Entertaining magicians use their understanding of the perspective of their audience to astonish and amaze the audience as a value for value exchange. Technically speaking, value for value exchanges should be mutually beneficial for both parties involved so stage magicians are practicing magic that is slightly positive but largely neutral.

Good magicians, a.k.a. the Medjay, are Ascended Masters...enlightened beings who use the Golden Rule to be of service to others. If they sense a weakness in you, they are prone to try to help you heal or strengthen that weakness rather than exploit it.

Evil magicians are also spiritually advanced but on the negative, self-serving path. They've also figured out how to tailor their interactions with others as a con-man ploy to gain trust which is then used for self-service.

It's all the same though. All three are looking from the perspective of the other. This happens to be something Rudolf Steiner articulated in one of his many works. He said "All one needs to do is to place one's self into the other person's point of view..."

Personally, I practiced this very heavily at a professional and highly successful level when I was the lead math and critical thinking teacher at a supplemental learning center parents would have their kids attend once per week for an hour.

I wax upon the subject quite a bit in Once Bitten podcast #444 but suffice to say, we neurologically profiled each of our students and then tailored our classwork, classroom approach, homework, and homework approach to each kid's needs for their best interests. We made the parents into our "at home assistants". The parents taught the approaches we wanted in the way we assigned and understood why we were specific in our plans and instructions. We used Sherlock Holmes level observation to perform initial diagnostic tests that yielded a rough zone of proximal development as far as the child's scholastic progress was concerned as well as an initial neurological profile which could be further developed as more observation opportunities afforded.

In addition to using our watchful eyes on the students and their families, we also applied our watchful eyes to the student's "records". We would spend an average of several minutes each week looking through each student's Excel log of all classwork, homework, mistakes, timings, etc. before assigning them classwork or homework. Once we even diagnosed a food allergy based on homework data and further conversation with the parents.

So, that's key stuff. That's how you love unconditionally. Live the Golden Rule and treat people in a way that makes them feel seen, acknowledged, accepted, and cherished.

2. Activating the Wisdom Chakra

This Chakra corresponds with Gnosis, Da'ath, Vishuddha, wisdom, knowledge, salvation, and djinn, among other things. Clear, true communication is key to opening this throat chakra. From djinn we get genuine. Given the connection to knowledge, we can see how truth telling is an appropriate prerequisite. What is knowledge if not truth?

3. Activating the 3rd Eye Chakra

Surrender to the machinations of the universe and the free will of others. Be at peace with whatever may come.

The crown is always active. It is a sort of cumulative sum indicator of the activity of the lower 6.

This is why Egyptians had the serpent headbands that made it look like a serpent (kundalini Shakti) was coming out of their 3rd eye. That's the highest dormant chakra so the headband was essentially an indication of enlightenment...the TIbetan "rainbow body" with all 7 chakras...all 7 colors...actively blending into brilliant white light.
