I just hope you can rebuild your mental health, growing stronger isn't about becoming inmune to problems, it's about finding the way to face them wich is helly different.
what is important is that you don't fall into the baby zone of "i'm sad, say something nice" people in that zone never grow from their depression, never ever, so they can't live a normal life.
