The results are:
Maduro: 51.199997%
Gonzales: 44.199998%
Others: 4.600003%
Almost exactly 51.2%, 44.2%, and 4.6% on the nose.
Why? If you skew the votes in your favor, then you could do something by picking a winning percentage for yourself and losing percentages for everyone else.
EG, of 10,058,774 votes,
51.2% = 5,150,092.288
44.2% = 4,445,978.108
4.6% = 462,703.604
