I still don't understand why modern apps keep using a diskette icon to represent the "Save" function even today. Even on the #Mastodon mobile app.
Most people have never seen a diskette, most people don't know what it is, or how to use one, and will never see one unless they go to a specific type of museum.
Baffling.
