Over here in Catalonia, even my most libertarian-leaning friends, can't get past the mental hurdle of imagining a world where healthcare is not managed and delivered by the state, funded by theft.

It's the ultimate scam by the system, and the vilest of the predatory lies they keep people in line with, using the most intimate fear people have -- dying unattended of an otherwise treatable sickness.
