Generating a key pair through a website sounds suspicious. Makes me think that the aforementioned Chinese website has copies of your keys.
You can generate your own keys with amethyst without needing to go through another party. This way you control everything instead of someone else.
You can also block a poster or user, and report a specific post. It's up to the relays then what they want to do with it.
