Today I made two batches of maple syrup #HODLbutter. Incredibly tasty with an amazing texture. Imagine eating cake from a jar… but healthier, with clean ingredients.
This one’s a bit more involved than my regular #HODLbutter - takes longer to make - but worth it.
The syrup is from SweetSats (npub1swe…ns6h), and I believe they’re getting low on supply too. So if you want a taste of their maple syrup in my butter, grab one now while I’ve got them. I don’t make this often!
Hard to believe I started with over 400 glass jars… and I’m finally down to the last 8. Not sure what I’ll do next, but if you want to collect something from this run - kind of like a historical little token - now’s your chance.
I’m open to ideas for the next round. Maybe those who’ve bought before can mail jars back for refills? Or I’ll look into new jars.
