a (female) blogger is guilty of defaming a (male) drag performer after she literally fabricated evidence against him & posted it on her blog.
the performer won the case & monetary damages. jury wanted to make her delete the posts. but the judge told them they couldnt do it. the posts are still up. & he prosecutor wont press charges (iin Idaho, no less)
