Accused CEO killer Luigi Mangione has mounted a defense which calls into question the key evidence in the case and officer's sloppy arrest process.
When the first cops arrived at McD's they told Luigi he was loitering and that he wasn't welcome there. At the same time they blocked his path and immediately began interrogating him and eventually searching him without reading him his Miranda rights or ever mentioning the actual reason for the stop.
