Emeritus Prof Christopher May on Nostr: Hidden in a piece for the FT, it seems for Jeremy Hunt the penny has finally dropped ...
Hidden in a piece for the FT, it seems for Jeremy Hunt the penny has finally dropped about how the Tories crashed & burned in the last election, he notes in his piece warning Reeves not to sacrifice growth (rich from a man whose party oversaw years of economic stagnation), that:
'what matters to ordinary families is good jobs & rising living standards'.
And what did the Tories deliver: rubbish precarious jobs & falling living standards.
Looks like he did get the message.
