Update on my bike frame:

I sent in a photo and notes to their warranty department on Sunday and they emailed me back yesterday asking for a few more photos. I did and they quickly responded back saying unfortunately they are out of front triangles in my bike’s color and size. So instead they are going to send me a complete frame of their brand new v2 of that model. Talk about amazing customer service! The new frame will be shipped out to me soon and they just want the old frame back.
