not sure how widespread 2011 was. I live in the biggest city in Texas and there was nothing significant from that.
People like to make so much from one event but the truth is Texas' grid isn't really any more vulnerable than the rest of the country given the ever changing climate concerns.
For us specifically winter will always be more of a risk than summer bc of solar power.
Now just imagine if Texas leaders actually talked about renewables like they matter. (They know they do)
