Power lines can be cut regardless of what the electricity flowing through them was derived from. Secondly, the market should flow freely. I can say that I wish their were more nuclear adoption and the government would ease up their insanely strict regulations, but I would never ask for government investment or an unprofitable venture to be embarked upon. The cheapest energy sources would be the ones that rise to the top in a truly free market. Unfortunately, the government has their hand in the matter which has stagnated nuclear's adoption to a near halt. My point-I wish their was greater nuclear sources of energy. What I mostly want of the government is not investment in nuclear but just to release their strangle hold on the market.
