Signed up for the gym again, small one this time…just somewhere with equipment I don’t have at home for a minimal price. Plan is to do that Tue/Thur/Sat and then get back on the bike on (most of) the other days. I’ve been horrible and filled with excuses since the pandemic and it’s time to right that ship, even a little bit.
