Working on a batch of potato rolls today. These are a fave in our house for special holiday occasions. They're great as a simple side dish roll or for mini sammy's later with leftovers!
I also can do them in a wreath shape but today's batch is just going to be the regular 5x3 rectangle shape of 15 rolls.
