I’ve started a few things off: a few chillis, aubergine, various flowers like lobelia, alyssum also shallots, rocambole. These mostly take a long time growing but won’t take up much space.

I’ve started some radish, beetroot, spring onions, to transplant them out as soon as it warms up a little.

Next week I’ll start the marmande type tomatoes and leafy veg. The marmande types give an earlier harvest if I start them now.

I will prick these all out into soil blocks.
